Secure document signing for law firms

CasePacket is the service law firms use to send agreements to their clients for signature. It is operated by Law Firm Architects and runs as part of OnboardIn5, the platform law firms use to take on new clients.

Documents are sent from this address

documents@send.casepacket.com

Got a document to sign?

If a message arrived from that address, a law firm sent it to you through this service.

  • Your law firm's name appears as the sender.
  • A reply to that message goes to your firm and not to us.
  • Before you sign anything, the page shows your firm's name and its office phone number.
  • Your firm decides what the document says and who it goes to. CasePacket carries it.

How to check a request is real

  1. Contact your law firm on a phone number or email address you already have, from their website, a letter, or your own records. Do not use contact details taken from the message.
  2. CasePacket never asks for a password, bank details or a payment by email.
  3. If you do not recognise the firm named as the sender, do not open the link and do not sign.

Report a suspicious email

Forward it to security@casepacket.com and tell us which firm was named as the sender, if you can see it.
